world over (and lived in a few spots ourselves,) to bring
you one-of-a-kind dishes and tapas from Spain, Latin America,
the Caribbean, Eastern and Western Europe, the Mediterranean,
and America. Our entrées
are prepared with only the freshest ingredients; flash cooked
to preserve nutrients, texture, and delicate flavors. In addition
to our tapas, we have aji, or salsa, to flavor patacones (fried
plantain chips) and yucca frita (fried cassava root).
Our
chef's unique empanadas are a combination of flavors and products
from five different countries of the Caribbean and northern
South American regions.
